KVEZAL derives it’s name from the bird Quetzal which is found in Mexico and very locally in the southernmost United States. The brilliant Quetzal bird is the national bird of Guatemala because of its vibrant colour.

The motto acts as the guiding spirit for the organization. KVEZAL has adopted the Kaizen strategy which helps to realize the motto in unambiguous manner.
